winter music conference 2005 miami 03.21.05 - 03.27.05 so i just got back the other day from my annual trip to winter music conference in miami. this trip was different though mostly for two reasons: 1) i went with my buddy chad instead of goin' and staying with nicole. 2) i stayed IN south beach instead of miami suburbia. it was a tons-of-fun, party-harty, sleep-all-day kinda trip. i saw all kinds of dj's that i don't get to see that often including my first time seeing the one and only danny tenaglia @ the ultra festival. steve lawler was definitely another highlight of ultra, so much so that it made me definitely wanna check out his "lights out" party next time i go to wmc. aside from ultra, the subliminal records party @ space and om records party @ mansion were definitely my favorites. i got to hear tons of funky music. i got to boogie until the sun came up. i haven't danced so much in my life. i loved it. i'm glad i have two more weeks off to recover and relax before heading back to work. party on, garth.
